Junhui Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd is located
in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, China. We mainly
deal with garments production or processing, fabrics,
textiles, various ceramic components and etc. Besides
doing import and export business, we also have three
major subordinate production bases！ceramic production
base, spinning base and garment production and processing
base.
Ceramic base is one of leading ceramic manufacturers
in China in the past ten years. With a total of 150
employees, it has three senior engineers, three engineers
and twelve well-trained technicians with associate degrees.
It has had strategic collaborations in R&D with
renowned ceramic research institutes including Nanjing
University of Technology, Nanjing University, Nanjing
Research Institute of Spark Plugs, the 12th Institute
of the Electronic Industry Ministry, and Shanghai Institute
of Ceramics. It also has a mature and reliable manufacturing
process and a full line of advanced manufacturing and
testing equipment. It specializes in manufacturing ceramic
components out of alumina, steatite, cordierite, toughened
alumina and zirconia. Its main products are electrical
insulators, ceramic seals, ceramic components for welding,
textile ceramics, igniter ceramics and other custom
ceramic components. The shapes of the products include
the plate, ring, axle, rod, needle, tube, hook and case.
The products are widely used in electrical, electronic,
chemical, mechanical, textile, environmental, heating,
automotive, construction, nuclear and aeronautical industries.
Our ceramic base has served many customers in both domestic
and overseas markets including the U.S., Brazil, Japan,
Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, France and Turkey.
Our spinning base has a history of fifteen years.
We attach the most importance on training of workers
and staffs, equipment replacement and rigorous process.
So far it has FB504 high-speed fine spinning machine
made by Shanghai Second Woven Machinery, Italian Savio
automatic cheese winder, German two-for-one twisting
machine and other advanced equipment, which ensures
the quality of the product. It specializes in the following
specification product. (1) Wool, wool/acrylic, stripe
dyed yarn and weaving yarn are pure and bright in color
and can¨t be replaced by and superior to ordinary grey
yarn. They are main materials for garment and knitted
sweater nowadays; (2) Its 18-80 count wool, wool/acrylic,
wool/polyester, wool/viscose, tencel and other grey
yarn are mercerized, moth proofing and shrink proofing.
As to garment processing and production, our company
has a strong R & D and production capacity on knitting,
weaving, wool, denim products. In the face of fierce
competition in the apparel market, we will unswervingly
